Participation Agreement and WaiverWAIVER OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER By signing below you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Participation in this event is entirely at your own risk. (b) One Round Wars Pty Ltd does not provide personal injury insurance for participants. (c) You assume all risk of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from participation. (d) You fully release One Round Wars Pty Ltd, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents from any and all claims arising from participation, except where injury results from reckless or grossly negligent conduct by the Organiser. (e) The Organiser is released from liability for any theft or damage to your personal property. (f) This waiver may be relied upon as a complete bar to any claim against the Organiser. Nothing in this waiver excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or reckless conduct of the Organiser. The Participant agrees to indemnify One Round Wars Pty Ltd, their employees, officers and volunteers from any third-party claims arising in whole or in part from the Participant's negligent or intentional acts or omissions during the event.
GENERAL EVENT RULES By registering you agree to comply with all of the following rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event: 1. Entering the event under the influence of alcohol or any substance is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. 2. All participants must wear mandatory protective equipment for their category — gloves, mouthguard, hand wraps, shin pads for Kickboxing, groin guard recommended. 3. All participants must present for and pass a medical assessment by the Pitside Medical Practitioner/Paramedic at weigh-in. Medical clearance is mandatory to compete. 4. All participants must obey all instructions from the referee and Pitside Medical Practitioner/Paramedic at all times. 5. Sexual harassment, racial harassment, intimidation or threatening behaviour toward any person will result in immediate removal and potential legal action. 6. No unauthorised persons are permitted in the fighter preparation or Pitside areas. 7. Category-specific rules will be communicated at weigh-in. 8. One Round Wars reserves the right to modify matchups at their discretion to ensure fair and safe competition.
Media and Photography Consent I agree to the Media and Photography Consent
I grant One Round Wars Pty Ltd permission to photograph, film and sound-record me at this event and a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, edit, reproduce and publish the resulting material in any medium for any purpose related to One Round Wars without further approval or compensation. I also grant One Round Wars the right to use my name, likeness and image in connection with this material.
